Multilingual guest chat, out of the box.
Guests ask in their own language; your front desk reads it translated in real time. A quiet bridge between world travelers and local hospitality — in their native tongue.
A digital guest concierge that handles guest relations in five languages — so your front desk can breathe. Built for boutique hostels, small hotels, guesthouses, and aparthotels.
Built for boutique hostels, independent hotels, guesthouses, aparthotels, and short-term-rental operators.
Guests scan a QR code on arrival and they're in — no App Store, no sign-up, no downloads. The experience is a Progressive Web App (PWA): lives on the home screen, works offline, zero gatekeepers.

Replace stacks of printouts and dead PDFs with a living guest handbook — Wi-Fi, check-out, breakfast, house rules — tuned to your property, dynamic to the question.
Guests get answers at 3 AM. Your receptionist gets to sleep. The concierge is quietly available when needed, invisible when not — the ultimate ambient assistant.
A digital guest concierge is a web or mobile app that gives hotel and hostel guests instant answers to the questions they usually ask at the front desk — Wi-Fi password, check-out time, breakfast hours, local recommendations. hostl delivers this as a Progressive Web App accessed via QR code, with multilingual chat and a living handbook.
WhatsApp still requires your staff to answer every message; a PDF handbook doesn't update and doesn't translate. hostl combines an ambient AI assistant, a structured handbook, and one-tap escalation to real staff — so guests get instant answers and your team only sees the questions that actually need a human.
hostl launches with English, German, Spanish, French, and Portuguese across the landing and the guest-facing app. Guest messages are translated and routed in real time, so your front desk reads every conversation in their working language.
No. hostl is a Progressive Web App. Guests scan a QR code, open a link, and they're in. If they want, they can add it to their home screen in one tap — no App Store, no sign-up, no friction.
hostl is designed for boutique hostels, small independent hotels, guesthouses, aparthotels, and short-term-rental operators who care about guest experience but don't have the team or the budget of a global chain.
hostl collects the minimum needed to run the guest conversation. On the landing page we use Cloudflare's cookieless Web Analytics (no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed). Guest data in the app is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU, with per-property privacy notices inside the product.
Integrations with common hospitality PMS platforms are on the roadmap. Today hostl is designed to run alongside any system — the QR entry point is property-specific, and staff can escalate conversations via WhatsApp and phone.
